Service Crew – Beirut Grill

Salary: S$2,200 – S$3,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kampong Glam, Singapore

Job Description

Beirut Grill is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Service Crew member to join our Front of House team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, works well as part of a team and is comfortable in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared and reset throughout service.
• Attend to guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, service stations and other Front of House areas.
• Replenish service supplies and assist with basic stock checks.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and company operating procedures.
• Support colleagues during peak service periods and assist with other operational duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Previous F&B, restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior F&B experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
