Job:

• Support secure data exchanges across our intranet and with external partners.
• Assist keep our integration platforms running smoothly in both non-production and production environments.

Role:

• Migrate, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, and administer EAI platforms including file transfer systems and API gateways.
• Ensure all platforms meet IT compliance and security requirements.
• Support reliable data exchange operations within the organization and with external entities

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in programming and scripting for backend application development and maintenance.
• Experience with integration middleware, IT operations, or OpsMon tools.
• Hands-on experience setting up and administering AWS services or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with IM8 or similar ICT governance policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
