About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and tech-savvy Technical Operations & Implementation Executive to support our growing technology and digital operations.

This is not a pure IT support or programming role.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching new software, learning new systems independently, setting up and testing technical solutions, and supporting clients with installation and training.

You do not need to know every system from Day 1.

What matters most is your ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. System & Software Research

• Research new software, platforms and AI tools
• Study technical documents, manuals and operating procedures
• Test new systems and identify the best implementation process
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
• Recommend practical solutions for internal and client use

2. Technical Setup & Implementation

• Install, configure and test software and systems
• Set up client accounts and backend systems
• Configure basic integrations, forms, tracking and related tools
• Support implementation of CRM, marketing and operational systems
• Ensure systems are properly tested before deployment

3. Remote Technical Operations

• Provide remote technical support for internal teams and clients
• Manage backend systems and software
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues
• Create clear SOPs for recurring technical processes
• Train internal team members on new systems and workflows

4. On-Site Client Implementation

• Visit client locations when required
• Install and configure software or systems on-site
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting
• Ensure successful implementation before handover

5. Client Training & Support

• Explain systems clearly to business owners and employees
• Train clients on how to use installed software and platforms
• Prepare simple user guides and SOPs
• Provide post-installation support when required

• AI tools and AI automation
• AI website / landing page creation
• WordPress or other website builders
• Meta Ads / TikTok Ads backend
• CRM systems
• Marketing automation
• Social media account management systems
• Account management / account nurturing software
• Pixel, tracking and lead-form setup
• SaaS implementation
• Digital marketing technology

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in IT, Technical Operations, Systems Operations, Digital Operations, MarTech or similar roles
• Diploma / Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines is preferred but not compulsory
• Strong ability to learn unfamiliar software independently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with AI and new technology
• Able to communicate technical information in simple language
• Able to work independently and take ownership of problems
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Able to conduct client training and system demonstrations
• Organised and able to document processes clearly
