Job Description & Requirements:
Tuition Centre in AMK requires Full Time Science Tutor

(Primary 4/5/6 and Secondary Science S1)

Tutor Responsibilities:

• Teach Primary Science class (P4, P5 and P6) and Secondary Science classes (S1)
• Well-versed with PSLE and S1 syllabus
• Engage parents and guardians to communicate students' progress and areas for improvement, ensuring a strong partnership between centre and families.
• Modify Science learning material, worksheets, PowerPoint Slides. (if needed)
• Mark online homework and physical homework.
• Provide useful feedback to students.
• Do video recordings of lessons.

. Comfortable to Co-Conduct Webinars and appear in Tik Tok/ Face book videos

Requirements:

• Has taken PSLE and O Level in Singapore before
• Attained a Bachelor's degree of any field.
• Minimum latest 3 years’ 1-1 or group tutoring experience in teaching Science at Primary and Secondary levels, demonstrating a deep understanding of the curriculum and effective instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and learning management systems to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Work hours:
4 Weekdays (12.45pm to 9.15pm) and 1 weekend (9am to 7pm)
