Handle daily

accounting transactions

, including AR and AP.

Prepare

sales invoices, receipts, credit notes and debit notes

.

Process

customer and supplier payments

and follow up on outstanding payments.

Perform

bank reconciliation

and maintain proper accounting records.

Handle accounting entries related to

vehicle sales and purchases

.

Process

HP, COE, road tax, insurance and other vehicle-related payments

.

Assist with

GST, audit and tax-related matters

.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.

Perform other

ad-hoc accounting duties

as assigned.

Account Assistant – Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

.

Basic accounting knowledge

is required.

Familiar with

AR, AP, bank reconciliation and invoicing

.

Experience in the

motor vehicle / automotive industry

will be an advantage.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office / Excel

.

Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
