Technical Delivery

•    Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5), TIBCO EMS, and related middleware components.

•    Build and maintain APIs and microservices using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

•    Develop and optimize B2B integrations, ESB patterns, and event-driven architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.

•    Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical processes.

•    Implement TIBCO best practices for error handling, logging,monitoring, security, and performance tuning.

•    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developerson TIBCO design patterns and coding standards.

•    Build and maintain interfaces for corporate actions, and reference data synchronization between front-, middle-and back-office systems.

•    Ensure integration designs support regulatory and compliance reporting obligations under MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) requirements,including timeliness, auditability, and data lineage.

Customer-FacingResponsibilities

•    Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.

•    Lead and participate in client requirement-gathering workshops,translating business needs into technical designs and integration specifications.

•    Present solution designs, architecture recommendations, and project status updates clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•    Manage client expectations proactively — communicating risks,timelines, and trade-offs in a transparent and solution-oriented manner.

•    Collaborate with client IT teams during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction.

•    Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating with internal delivery teams and communicating resolution plans directly to the customer.

•    Identify opportunities for process improvement, platform optimization, or additional engagement scope, and communicate these to account/delivery leadership.
