Job Title: Junior Data Engineer

Location: Singapore

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Engineer / Data Analytics Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, and ETL development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark, and modern data engineering tools to build scalable data pipelines, perform data transformation, and deliver business insights through dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Data Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Pandas for data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
• Experience with Pyspark / Apache Spark for processing large datasets.
• Good understanding of Apache Kafka or similar streaming technologies.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and data manipulation.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Looker for dashboard development and reporting.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality best practices.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis using Python libraries.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
• Experience using Git/version control is an advantage.
