Sales Admin

Requiremen:

Relevant working experience required.

Candidates must possess at least ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Independent and able to multi-task.

Job Description:

Issue of DOs / Sales invoice in a timely manner.

Check for outstanding or pending enquires and follow up on Customers/ vendor PO.

Check and acknowledge for PO accuracy – price, stock availability/terms/shipping terms.

Be a subject matter expert of all queries and quotation of class A key customers.
