Job Summary

You will coordinate audit arrangements, prepare quotations and invoices, monitor account receivables, and liaise with overseas offices to ensure audit documentation is complete and approved.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule annual surveillance and recertification audits
• Prepare and follow up on audit quotations to secure client approval
• Issue invoices to clients and monitor account receivables to ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with overseas offices to verify that all pre-audit documents are properly prepared and approved
• Use Microsoft Office Word and Excel to document and manage audit-related information
• Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Write and converse clearly in simple English and Mandarin to facilitate client communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least N-level or equivalent qualification
• Have at least 2 years of general working experience

It is managed by personnel with more than 20 years of experience in the certification business. EQAIMS is well versed with customers' requirements, with the capability in managing and maintaining a team of professional and independent auditors, as well as complying with the respective Acrediatation Bodies' strict requirements. Currently, EQA IMS provides management system certification under JAS-ANZ, as well as the Singapore Accrediation Council (SAC) for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS).
