Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user computing environment. The role will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365, Lark, Intune, coordinating with external vendors and server providers, providing technical support to users, and participating in a rotating night shift schedule to ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
IT Systems Administration
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Manage and support the Lark collaboration platform, including user account administration, access control, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Create, manage, modify, and deactivate user accounts according to company policies.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT services.
End-User Support
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues, including Outlook, Exchange Online, and Lark Mail.
- Diagnose and resolve laptop, desktop, printer, network, and application-related issues.
- Support software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and device lifecycle management.
Vendor & Service Provider Coordination
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, maintenance, and support services.
- Liaise with server hosting providers, cloud service providers, and internet service providers to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Track and follow up on support tickets and service requests with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage warranty claims and hardware repair processes.
- Security & Compliance Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies and controls.
- Monitor endpoint compliance through Microsoft Intune.
- Support user access reviews and security best practices.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness and incident response activities.
Operations Support
- Participate in rotating night shift and on-call support schedules.
- Monitor critical IT systems and respond to incidents according to established procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with Lark administration and support is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with IT vendors and managed service providers.
- Willingness to work on a rotating day and night shift schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
