Role Description

The Trainee Engineer will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to engineering operations, project activities, and technical procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and supervisors to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a career in the engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers and supervisors in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering activities.
• Support daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved procedures, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Assist in conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, and identifying potential technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, records, and project-related paperwork.
• Assist with measurements, material inspections, and quality control activities where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other relevant parties to support project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and occupational safety standards.
• Participate in training programmes and continuously develop technical and practical engineering skills.
• Perform any other engineering-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interest in engineering and technical work.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work at the assigned project or work location.
• Possess a positive attitude, strong commitment, and willingness to accept new challenges.
• Prefer candidate from Sabah or Johor
