Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot process-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure manufacturing processes are stable, controlled, and meet quality requirements

• Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on process standards and work instructions

• Monitor and improve process performance, yield, and efficiency

• Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure consistent product quality

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing process or production environment

• Familiarity with assembly processes, process flow, and production line setup

• Basic knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

• Good communication skills
