Customer service
: Assist customers, handle complaints, and ensure customer experience is good

: Schedule employees, train new staff, and coach existing staff
Inventory management
: Track inventory levels, forecast demand, and place orders for replenishment

: Ensure the work environment is safe and prepared
Production management
: Manage the audience, direct traffic, and assist with set changes
Problem solving
: Solve problems and make decisions at a managerial level
