Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, contract preparation, payroll calculation, MPF and leave administration, performance management;
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution;
• Assist develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements;
• Prepare HR related reports for management review, assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR management or above;
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
• Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance;
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable (depends on qualifications & experience)
