We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Singapore

Full-Time

S$3,500 – S$4,800 + Commission

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in Architecture, Design or the Built Environment who enjoys meeting people, developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our design, project and management teams to develop opportunities in the private residential market, with a focus on landed homes, condominiums and high-end residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and market research
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
• Meet clients to understand their project requirements and objectives
• Present the company’s services, capabilities and project portfolio
• Follow up on enquiries and potential opportunities from initial contact to conversion
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective projects
• Coordinate internally with design and project teams during the business development process
• Develop new partnerships and referral channels
• Support the company in achieving business development and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related Built Environment discipline
• Relevant experience in the design, interior design, construction or built-environment industry
• Residential, landed housing, condominium or A&A project exposure is an advantage
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, design concepts and project processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in meeting and engaging with clients
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in Business Development
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven

Business Development or sales experience within the design or built-environment industry will be an advantage.
