About the role

Assist guests by providing information, handling requests, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, reservations, and guest requests.
• Recommend local attractions, dining options, and activities.
• Coordinate luggage assistance when required.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of local events and points of interest.

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
