Review products, samples, drawings, specifications, and conduct manufacturing feasibility studies for new products and processes.
Act as the engineering/project champion for NPI and product transfer projects from development through production implementation.
Liaise with customers and cross-functional teams on new product development, project progress, and production implementation.
Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow to achieve quality, productivity, capacity, and cost targets.
Prepare and maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation.
Support product fitting and function testing.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and product-related issues, perform failure/root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, process capability, productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.
Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes, machine programming, and manufacturing process optimization.
Able to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
