About the Role

The Solutions Manager will lead technical solution development for medium- and low-voltage power distribution projects across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Development
• Design integrated MV/LV power distribution solutions.
• Support project technical clarification and customer presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, BOMs, and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with HQ engineering teams for customized solutions.
• Tender & RFQ Support
• Review customer technical specifications.
• Prepare tender documents and technical responses.
• Support EPC and utility bidding projects.
• Coordinate quotation activities with commercial teams.
• Customer Technical Support
• Conduct technical presentations and workshops.
• Participate in technical meetings with utilities, consultants, EPC contractors and end users.
• Resolve technical questions during project development.
• Market Support
• Support Country Managers across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and other APAC markets.
• Collect market feedback regarding products and competitors.
• Assist product localization and certification activities.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Factory, Logistics and Project teams.
• Support project handover and technical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
• 5+ experience in power distribution or electrical equipment industries.

• Familiar with:
• MV Switchgear
• LV Switchgear
• RMU
• Transformers
• Busway Systems
• Compact Substations
• Prefabricated Substations
• BESS integration
• PV power distribution
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards and international specifications.
• Experience in utility, EPC, industrial, renewable energy or data center projects.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic is preferred.
• Willing to travel across APAC.
