Are you passionate about gaming and enjoy helping other players? We are looking for a Gaming Customer Support Representative to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting players and assisting with their enquiries through Live Chat and Email. If you are a gamer with good communication skills and enjoy providing support to others, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to players via Live Chat and Email.
• Respond to player enquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for players.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling player enquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of working experience.
• Passionate about gaming and familiar with the gaming industry.
• Candidates with gaming experience are highly preferred.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting customers through Live Chat and Email.
• Comfortable working on a rotational schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
