Location: Central Region
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities for building construction projects.
Prepare, compile, and submit the necessary quality documentation and submissions to BCA.
Coordinate and schedule
BCA CONQUAS inspections
, ensuring all requirements are met within the project timeline.
Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on quality-related matters.
Ensure site inspections, testing, documentation, and quality procedures comply with
BCA standards and project requirements
.
Conduct regular site quality inspections to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas requiring improvement.
Monitor and follow up on rectification works to ensure issues are properly addressed and closed out.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC records, inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and other quality documentation.
Support the project team in implementing quality control measures and maintaining high construction standards.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of relevant QA/QC experience
in Singapore's building construction industry.
Strong knowledge of
BCA requirements, CONQUAS standards, and quality submission procedures
.
Proven experience in coordinating and managing
BCA CONQUAS inspections independently
.
Good understanding of construction quality control processes, inspections, and defect rectification.
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
