Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day support and operations for business applications, including L2 incident troubleshooting and resolution.
Coordinate application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases and user support.
Work with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve system issues and security findings.
Manage incidents, problems and changes through ITSM tools and ensure service levels are met.
Drive automation and self-service initiatives to reduce repetitive support requests.
Implement and improve AI chatbot / virtual agent solutions for first-level user support.
Develop and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, SOPs and knowledge base content.
Identify recurring application issues and introduce automated or permanent solutions.
Work closely with business users to identify system and support improvements.
Requirements:
6–10 years of application support / IT service management experience, including supervisory or team lead exposure.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar platforms.
Experience with chatbot, virtual agent, AI support or service automation solutions.
Good experience creating support documentation, knowledge bases, SOPs or runbooks.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Exposure to Power Automate, Python, SQL or other automation/scripting tools is an advantage.
Good stakeholder and vendor management skills.
