We are looking for a meticulous and proactive
Quantity Surveyor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration for ongoing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Evaluate and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct site measurements and valuations.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Ensure all contractual and financial documentation is in order.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and timeline adherence.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, AutoCAD is a bonus).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English
