Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Identify technology trends and emerging solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

Collaborate with senior management to define IT budget, priorities, and resource allocation.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and hardware.

Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues.

Supervise a team of system administrators and support technicians to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user support.

Implement and maintain IT service desk processes and tools to facilitate incident management, ticketing, and resolution tracking.

Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and access controls to protect against cybersecurity threats and data breaches.

Coordinate software development projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Evaluate and integrate software applications, platforms, and tools to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compatibility, interoperability, and scalability of IT systems and applications across the organization.
