IT Recruiter / TAT Specialist

Permanent – Full time

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 years experience full cycle IT recruitment or both IT & Non IT with proven track record of successful hiring and talent acquisition activities for permanent and contract staffing.
• Skilled in boolean search, recruitment platforms (including social media and digital platforms) & tools and recruitment activities.
• Experienced in ATS and CRM, building candidate pipelines, working with targets, KPIs and SLAs.
• Familiar with candidate management, offer, salary negotiation and salary proposal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude
• Has engaged with decision-makers (hiring managers, business leaders, etc.)
• Target-driven, energetic and flexible approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
