What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, and employee relations.
• Assist with HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation.
• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
