In this position, you will:

• Perform comprehensive system and network administration, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of broadband service integrated management systems to ensure high availability and stability.
• Monitor system health and business continuity by maintaining disaster recovery plans, proactively analyzing logs and metrics to detect and resolve anomalies, and securing core network infrastructure.
• Establish standardized maintenance procedures and leverage in‑depth data analysis to optimize platform performance, manage system resources efficiently, and strengthen infrastructure security.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols specific to broadband service integrated management systems, ensuring full compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive system optimization and demand management – proactively collect and analyze operational requirements from internal stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, prioritize enhancement requests, and oversee the full implementation lifecycle to continuously improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of system development projects – from scope definition, requirements elicitation, and technical evaluation, through implementation and successful go‑live. Direct project governance, manage technical selection, and ensure deliverables align with architectural standards for long‑term maintainability and robust data analytics to support business expansion.
• Possess foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive analytics) to facilitate effective vendor discussions and solution assessments.
• Develop and deploy data‑driven tools for anomaly detection and predictive analytics; implement strategies for autonomous system management using machine learning and large language models (LLMs), with the goal of driving significant operational efficiency improvements.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or discipline.
• 3+ years of solid hands‑on experience in telecommunications, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), system integration, or equivalent network operations environments. Experience with broadband access technologies (e.g., GPON/XGSPON) and service provisioning systems is highly desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, VLAN, LAN, and WAN.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs – including designing or consuming APIs for system integration, automation scripts, or dashboard data feeds – is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., FineBI, PowerBI, Excel), with solid database management and query optimization capabilities.
• Practical experience applying core AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection, LLM integration via APIs) to address operational or analytical challenges is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated and analytical, with the ability to work independently to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and strong learning potential, capable of growing quickly and fostering team collaboration.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory – it facilitates cross‑regional coordination.
