  • Experience Requirement: 1–2 years editing short-form content (TikTok/IG/YouTube Shorts)
  • Prior work for creators, agencies, or brands
  • Experience editing reaction, interview, lifestyle or social-experiment content
  • Ability to create memes, subtitles, and dynamic pacing

岗位职责

  • Edit 20+ short videos per month
  • Craft strong hooks, clean pacing & engaging story flow
  • Deliver fast, high-quality edits (same/next-day when needed)
  • Provide A/B versions for hooks & text
  • Track weekly analytics & refine editing
  • Maintain clean project organisation
  • Collaborate with creative leads
  • Stay updated on short-form trends & formats
