About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Engineer to support the installation, maintenance and servicing of Security, SCADA, PLC and Controls & Instrumentation systems. This role covers a wide range of technical work — from system integration and equipment installation to maintenance, troubleshooting and fault rectification across our project sites.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on installed Security, ELV, CCTV, SCADA, PLC and Controls & Instrumentation systems and related peripheral devices

Assist in attending urgent fault calls, troubleshooting, following up and resolving technical issues

Assist in Addition & Alteration (A&A), enhancement and upgrading works on existing deployed systems

Assist in equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system handover activities for system integration projects

Assist in system configuration, equipment setup and functional testing across electrical, mechanical and automation systems

Assist in preparing engineering documentation, reports, drawings and as-built documentation

Attend site surveys and project meetings, and coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers

Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements

Perform other engineering duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, System Integration or a related discipline

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply - Training will be provided

Candidates with experience or interest in any of the following are encouraged to apply: PLC/SCADA programming, ELV/CCTV/security systems, system integration, electrical & instrumentation, or mechanical/mechatronics engineering

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical drawings will be an advantage

Willing to travel to project sites across Singapore when required
