Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production, quality output, and compliance with company and ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform machine and mold setup according to production schedule and master parameters
• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure stable production and quality output
• Control cycle time, reduce reject rate, and support productivity improvement
• Maintain proper production records, checklists, and shift handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and ISO standards while supporting team and superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing preferred)
• At least 2–3 years experience in plastic injection molding environment
• Knowledge in machine setup, mold changeover, and basic troubleshooting
• Familiar with quality control, ISO standards, and manufacturing processes
• Good teamwork, discipline, and able to work in shift environment

Pay: RM1,589.29 - RM4,691.47 per month
