• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee and other online channels.
• Respond to customers’ questions regarding products, prices, promotions, orders and delivery.
• Provide real-time customer support during live streaming sessions.
• Assist customers with order confirmation, payment and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on pending, cancelled, failed or incomplete orders.
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions professionally.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, courier and live-streaming team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Follow up on delivery issues, missing parcels, damaged items and returns/exchanges.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to improve customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Support daily live-stream operations and other customer service tasks when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
