CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to support our customer communication and engagement activities.

The position involves outbound calls, customer follow-ups, appointment coordination and maintaining communication with existing customers.

Candidates from Putrajaya and nearby areas are welcome to apply if they are comfortable with an on-site position at Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound customer calls and follow-ups
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally
• Coordinate customer appointments and schedules
• Maintain customer information and follow-up records
• Communicate relevant product and service information
• Support customer engagement activities
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, motivated and willing to learn
• Able to manage time effectively

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
On-site
