JOB DESCRIPTION

· To perform the First Article Inspection Report for all products.

· To compile the Lot Number Traceability of Process Flow Record (PFR) for each lot.

· To highlight any non-compliance found during the inspection activities.

· To prepare Inspection Standards for quality checking according to Drawing Requirement Form (DRF) prepare by the Engineering team and ensure all documents received are up to date/ latest revision.

· To ensure the required QA equipment verification is done periodically and conforms to the criteria.

· To update daily rejection, weekly and monthly data for blowing, fill-seal, and packing.

· To report rejection inside ERP system.

· To assist in preparing Concession Acceptance for non-conforming items.

· To perform sorting of any suspicious products that not met the customer's requirement.

· To support in customer complaints or root-cause investigation and corrective/preventive action activities.

· To liaise with production in driving quality improvement programs.

· To participate in Internal Audit activities.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
