Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate food ingredients, packaging & operational supplies
• Manage suppliers, pricing, contracts and delivery performance
• Monitor market prices and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure product quality, quantity, food safety & Halal compliance
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory and store operations
• Maintain optimal stock levels and minimise shortages/wastage
• Develop supplier performance evaluations and procurement reports
• Lead and supervise the Purchasing, Receiving & Store team

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, F&B, Food Science or related field
• 3–8 years’ procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in F&B, catering, central kitchen or hospitality
• Strong negotiation, costing and analytical skills
• Familiar with ERP/procurement/inventory systems
• Good leadership and supplier management skills

Location: Senai, Johor

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
