Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating Kaptains' schedules, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role involves tracking operational performance, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and supporting the implementation of new processes and technology solutions. The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, respond to operational issues in real time, and assist in resolving customer and Kaptain inquiries to maintain smooth, reliable service. This role also requires the Operations Executive to train and monitor our AI assistant to ensure accurate information is produced.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities and optimize service delivery.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, Kaptains, and customers effectively.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or service operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in WP. Kuala Lumpur, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
