Professional Summary

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with commercial teams across pre-sales, solution design, and API implementation. The role will engage strategic clients to understand their requirements and technical challenges, then collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver effective solutions and support successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to design solutions addressing client business and technical challenges.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept applications and deliver technical demonstrations.
• Support RFP processes and coordinate responses across relevant internal teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients on best practices for API integration.
• Provide structured client feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Track technical deliverables and ensure completion according to project plans.
• Research technologies and industry best practices to identify suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering or solutions role.
• 5+ years of experience in the finance, FinTech, internet, payments, or related technology industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.

Pay: From RM5,200.00 per month
