Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin / Operations Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative and operational tasks and support the team in ensuring that work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general office and administrative duties.
Prepare and maintain documents, records and filing.
Assist with data entry and updating of information.
Follow up on documents and routine operational matters.
Coordinate with colleagues, customers and suppliers when required.
Assist with day-to-day operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at work.
Requirements:
Minimum secondary / higher secondary education, preferably with a background in Business Studies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to read and write English.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Relevant working experience will be an advantage, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Today, our suite of services includes the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair of lift interiors, as well as fabrication and installation services of escalator cladding. Boon Engineering has successfully delivered on a variety of projects in private housing, commercial and industrial developments. We are also accredited with the relevant certification bodies for our ability to consistently meet regulatory requirements for our work processes and compliance with workplace health and safety practices.
Mission: We seek to deliver quality and reasonably priced lift interior design and escalator installation services to developers and lift companies.
Vision: We aspire to be recognised as the best and most reliable service provider of lift and escalator solutions in Singapore.
