Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to procure heavy machinery spare parts and materials, managing communications with overseas suppliers and clients, and overseeing purchase-related processes to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and negotiation activities with suppliers to secure heavy machinery spare parts and materials at optimal terms

Manage email communications by promptly checking and responding to inquiries to maintain effective supplier and client relationships

Liaise with overseas suppliers and clients to coordinate online purchase-related matters and monitor shipment status for timely delivery

Issue tax invoices, quotations, and purchase orders accurately to support procurement and financial processes

Monitor company insurance to ensure compliance and risk management

Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate knowledge in sourcing spare parts to enhance procurement effectiveness

Exhibit flexibility and a proactive, willing-to-work mindset to adapt to changing business needs

Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask to complete assignments on time
