Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend C++ components supporting sales and trading applications

• Work across the broader technology stack, including .NET services, Kafka messaging pipelines, KDB+ data stores, and Python tooling

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across trading systems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Collaborate with trading desks, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing and production support

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C++ development

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or investment banking technology would be advantageous
