We are looking for a Subscription, Strategy & Operations Manager on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities and deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations teams to execute key business and growth initiatives.
• Support the rollout of product and commercial initiatives across multiple markets, including planning, execution and performance tracking.
• Analyze business and customer data to track performance, identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.
• Monitor key metrics and provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement and overall business performance.
• Identify execution risks and gaps early, resolve issues where possible and escalate when required.
• Improve processes, reporting and ways of working to enable efficient and effective execution.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, growth, consulting, product operations or a related field.
• Experience with subscription tools such as RevenueCat, Superwall, Adapty, or similar, and with in-app experimentation.
• Knowledge of app store subscription mechanics on Google Play and App Store (billing, plan changes, refunds, and store policies).
• Experience pricing for emerging markets, especially Southeast Asia.
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving execution.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with business performance metrics.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
