About the Role

My client is seeking individuals to join their team. Support complex financial products and ensure smooth, accurate transaction processing. You’ll be part of the Equities Synthetic Client Ops team, working in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Prime Brokerage.

What You’ll Do

- Support workflow and tech initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce risk

- Assist with compliance reporting and firmwide risk strategies

- Ensure accuracy in trade booking systems and resolve exceptions quickly

- Partner with Sales, Trading, and Compliance teams to deliver timely client service

- Contribute to process improvements across the trade lifecycle

- Help manage operational and reputational risk in line with market standards

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

- 0–1 years of experience (internship or entry‑level finance preferred)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Tech‑savvy with a problem‑solving mindset

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
