Job Summary

Manage job files and quotations while calculating and tracking logistics costs. Generate and send invoices accurately using iLogon, maintain billing reports, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure precise billing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Register and manage job files and quotation lines to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Calculate charges based on tariff, depot receipts, LOLO costs, and other relevant expenses to determine correct billing amounts
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots to track and verify logistics costs accurately
• Generate standard and reimbursement invoices using the iLogon system to support timely billing
• Ensure all invoicing includes proper documentation and supporting attachments for compliance and audit purposes
• Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers to keep billing information current
• Liaise with internal teams to verify job details and confirm accuracy before issuing invoices
• Email e-invoices or manual invoices according to customer requirements to facilitate prompt payment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in container trucking
• Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, SAP, and transport billing systems
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and documentation
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
