岗位职责

  • Handle workers’ check-in and check-out
  • Arrange room and bed allocation
  • Update worker and dormitory occupancy records
  • Prepare daily/monthly occupancy reports
  • Manage access cards and room keys
  • Attend to workers’ enquiries and requests
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works
  • Follow up on room defects and facility issues
  • Assist with dormitory inspections and compliance matters
  • Liaise with employers regarding workers’ accommodation
  • Prepare notices, reports and administrative documents
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • adhoc duties by management

Requirement

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word)
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Responsible, organised and able to work independently
  • Relevant admin or dormitory experience will be an advantage
