Job Summary

Support project execution by coordinating technical and construction requirements, preparing proposals, and managing work progress to meet tender timelines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead inter-department meetings to align project objectives and progress

Monitor daily work progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards

Prepare and plan the Preliminary Program to guide project timelines and milestones

Develop technical proposals for client submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Deliver presentations of technical proposals to Top Management and clients to secure approvals

Coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E work requirements to ensure integrated project delivery

Manage construction work arrangements, sequences, and requirements to optimize workflow

Review temporary design and permanent works requirements to ensure safety and compliance

Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings to maintain design integrity

Interpret construction details across structure, architectural, and M&E disciplines to support execution

Identify contractual requirements to ensure project compliance and risk management

Assist in problem-solving to address project challenges and maintain progress

Manage work within tender timelines to meet client and project deadlines

Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to coordinate work requirements and resources

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 2 years of on-site construction experience

Experience in tender preparation and client presentations

Competency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint software

Ability to work independently with experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

Demonstrated dynamic and self-motivated work approach
