Responsibility

• Lead, guide, and train kitchen staff.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• ⁠Assist with menu preparation and daily food production.
• Check food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
• ⁠Handle customer feedback and complaints related to food quality or service-related issues.
• ⁠Ensure all kitchen equipment is efficient operation and arrange for repairs/maintenance when required.
• Assist in preparing staff duty rosters to ensure enough manpower during peak hours.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
