The Brand Analytics team transforms raw data into actionable strategy. We partner with stakeholders to solve complex business problems, leveraging AI and automation to accelerate speed-to-insight.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging data and automation to enhance business processes, drive insights, and support performance analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for process and performance improvements.
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with broader business objectives.
• Utilise tools like SQL and Python to collect, process, and integrate data from multiple sources, building reliable dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive brand performance analyses to identify trends, solve business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for regional brands.
• Apply AI and automation techniques to optimize the analytics pipeline, reduce manual work, and improve overall team efficiency.

• Proficiency in SQL, and Python for data processing, integration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in creating automated reporting and dashboards to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
