Job Objectives :

Seeking a position where they can apply their proficiency in quality assurance practices and technical acumen to ensure product excellence and enhance customer satisfaction within an organization's operational framework.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)

Supplier Quality Control:

• Coordinate and participate in Supplier Source Inspections (SSI), ensuring parts meet specifications before shipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality problems, proposing solutions for improvement. o Initiate and follow through on 8D CARs (Corrective Action Requests) for significant quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness.

Material Verification:

• Inspect and approve incoming raw tube material according to established specifications and quality standards.

Production Defect Resolution:

• Respond promptly to production defect issues, determining the need for rework or supplier replacement.
• Liaise with production teams and suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
• Suggest solutions to recurring quality problems.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.
• Assist in generating quality reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent .
• Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC, manufacturing and/or QA lab measurement functions.
• Skills: Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, QC Tools, problem solving methodology (eg.: 8D, 5 why, FMEA, risks Assessment, Cause & Effect Diagrams, PDCA).
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and is resourceful in solving problems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
