Applicants for the Head of Learning and Development position at the company should be degree-qualified in a relevant field and have at least 15 years' of progressive HR and L&D experience, with a strong background in leadership and talent development. The role requires a proven track record in leading L&D strategy within large or multinational organizations, as well as deep experience in managing learning initiatives across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
