About the role

Provide end-user, site and project IT support to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across North Asia. The role focuses on new outlet opening projects, including IT readiness, onsite coordination, device deployment, vendor management, go-live support, and L1/L2 operational support.

What you will be doing

• Support new lounge, store and office opening projects across North Asia, including IT readiness planning, onsite setup, testing and operational handover.

• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, vendors and regional IT teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule.

• Perform onsite project deployment, commissioning and go-live support.

• Prepare, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, POS equipment, tablets, network devices and other IT assets for new openings.

• Coordinate internet circuits, LAN/Wi-Fi installation, telephony and IT infrastructure readiness.

• Manage project asset inventory, logistics, delivery tracking and documentation.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user devices and business applications.

• Support meeting rooms, AV systems and Microsoft Teams collaboration technologies.

• Handle incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform and ensure SLA compliance.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application issues or escalate to infrastructure/security teams where required.

What we are looking for

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of IT support or implementation experience.

• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint devices.

• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic network troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting site openings, store rollouts, office relocations or project implementations is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and vendor management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Willing to travel within North Asia.
