• Lead multiple engineering programs and drive NPD/NPI execution

• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources

• Manage financials, risks, changes and project priorities

• Lead stakeholder and cross-functional team management

• Resolve conflicts and drive alignment across teams

• Manage project interdependencies, governance and deliverables

• Present program status and key issues to senior stakeholders/customers

• Drive continuous improvement and successful program outcomes

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering Project Management

• Strong New Product Development (NPD) & NPI experience

• Proven experience in:
  Financial | Risk | Change | Resource | Stakeholder | Cross-functional | Conflict Management

• Strong project planning, execution and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Engineering/technical background with the ability to work across complex projects
