JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle data entry and update records accurately

Assist in preparing documents, reports, and filing

Manage phone calls, emails, and basic customer enquiries

Schedule appointments and coordinate internal meetings• Organise and maintain both digital and physical files

Support general office duties and admin-related tasks

Liaise with vendors and help monitor office supplies

Assist different teams as needed on ad-hoc tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
